About the Project
swipesign is a Vienna-based platform for legally binding electronic signatures. Businesses, law firms, notaries, and tax advisors use it to upload documents, invite signers, and collect advanced (AES) or qualified (QES) signatures under eIDAS 2.0 – including identity verification and a secure long-term archive.
Since 2025, I have been responsible for the frontend development of the swipesign website. The goal is to explain a legally and technically complex product in a clear way and to show how simple qualified signing can be: from upload to the first legally binding signature in under a minute.
Technologies
The website is built with Next.js, ensuring fast loading times, good search engine visibility, and a solid foundation for multilingual content.
Key Aspects
- Clear presentation of the signing process in three steps
- Comparison of the AES and QES signature standards
- Transparent overview of plans and pricing
- Fast, responsive frontend for all devices
